Lakeland Flying Tigers defeat Daytona Tortugas 3-1; Downers Grove North alum Jude Warwick goes hitless

The Lakeland Flying Tigers took a 3-1 win against the Daytona Tortugas in their MiLB matchup Sunday, June 28, at 1:05 p.m. Jude Warwick, a former Downers Grove North High School standout, is a member of the Flying Tigers.

The game was played at Jackie Robinson Ballpark. It marked the 12th contest between the teams this season, and the Flying Tigers and Tortugas are now tied 6-6 in the season series.

Warwick was hitless in 3 at-bats, walked once, struck out 3 times and stranded 4 runners on base.
