Prasanna Rajagopalan acquire 804 Station Blvd., Aurora

On Oct. 12, Raghuram Narasimhan and Anupriya Raghuram purchased a two bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 804 Station Blvd., Aurora from Prasanna Rajagopalan for $320,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $6,907.32, 2.16% of the sale price of the home.

So far in October 2021, eight properties sold in Aurora.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Prasanna Rajagopalan has been registered to vote since 2017.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 804 Station Blvd. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Prasanna Rajagopalan, and Sreepriya Sundararajan.
