On Sunday, March 9, former Downers Grove North High School standout Ben Llewellyn’s college team lost in an NCAA Division II baseball game

On Sunday, March 9, former Downers Grove North High School standout Ben Llewellyn’s current college team, the Minnesota State Mankato Mavericks, lost 8-6 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Ohio Dominican Panthers.

The game took place at Northeast Regional Park. This was their first matchup against the Panthers this season.

The Mavericks’ next game is scheduled for Monday, March 10 at 4:35 p.m. at Northeast Regional Park against Point Park Pioneers.
