On Sunday, March 23, former Wheaton Warrenville South High School standout Matt Scherrman’s college team won in an NCAA Division I baseball game

On Sunday, March 23, former Wheaton Warrenville South High School standout Matt Scherrman’s current college team, the Creighton Bluejays, won 6-5 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Saint Mary's Gaels.

The game took place at Charles Schwab Field Omaha. This was their third matchup against the Gaels this season.

The Bluejays’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 25 at 5 p.m. at Tal Anderson Field against Omaha Mavericks.
