On Sunday, Feb. 23, former York Community High School standout Charlie Cmiel’s college team lost in an NCAA Division III baseball game

On Sunday, Feb. 23, former York Community High School standout Charlie Cmiel’s current college team, the North Park Vikings, lost 5-2 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Franklin Grizzlies.

The game took place at Center Grove High School. This was their first matchup against the Grizzlies this season.

The Vikings’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 25 at 4 p.m. at Les Miller Field at Curtis Granderson Stadium against UIC Flames.
