On Sunday, Feb. 23, former West Chicago Community High School standout Ryan Schmidt’s college team won in an NCAA Division III baseball game

On Sunday, Feb. 23, former West Chicago Community High School standout Ryan Schmidt’s current college team, the Dominican Stars, won 7-5 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Hendrix Warriors.

The game took place at Warrior Baseball Field. This was their first matchup against the Warriors this season.

The Stars’ next game is scheduled for Monday, Feb. 24 at 11 a.m. at Warrior Baseball Field against Hendrix Warriors.
