On Sunday, Feb. 2, former Hinsdale Central High School standout Maisie McDaniel’s college team won in an NCAA Division II softball game

On Sunday, Feb. 2, former Hinsdale Central High School standout Maisie McDaniel’s current college team, the Davis & Elkins Senators, won 7-1 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the UNC Pembroke Braves.

The game took place at Purnell Swett High School. This was their first matchup against the Braves this season.

The Senators’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 8 at 2:30 p.m. at McCrorie Family Stadium against Lenoir-Rhyne Bears.
