On Sunday, Feb. 16, former Wheaton Warrenville South High School standout Matt Scherrman’s college team won in an NCAA Division I baseball game

On Sunday, Feb. 16, former Wheaton Warrenville South High School standout Matt Scherrman’s current college team, the Creighton Bluejays, won 17-1 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the UNC Greensboro Spartans.

The game took place at UNCG Baseball Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Spartans this season.

The Bluejays’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 21 at 12 p.m. at Joe Etzel Field against Portland Pilots.
