On Saturday, March 8, former Lake Park High School standout Lexi Szostak’s college team lost in an NCAA Division I softball game

On Saturday, March 8, former Lake Park High School standout Lexi Szostak’s current college team, the Valparaiso Beacons, lost 13-5 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Marshall Thundering Herd.

The game took place at Dot Hicks Field. This was their first matchup against the Thundering Herd this season.

The Beacons’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 9 at 11 a.m. at Dot Hicks Field against Buffalo Bulls.
