On Saturday, March 8, former Lake Park High School standout Catherine Nielsen’s college team lost in an NCAA Division II softball game

On Saturday, March 8, former Lake Park High School standout Catherine Nielsen’s current college team, the Quincy Hawks, lost 16-4 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Indianapolis Greyhounds.

The game took place at Beech Grove High School. This was their second matchup against the Greyhounds this season.

The Hawks’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 9 at 12 p.m. at UIS Softball Complex against UIS Prairie Stars.
