On Saturday, March 1, former Downers Grove South High School standout Gino Cozzi’s college team won in an NCAA Division II baseball game

On Saturday, March 1, former Downers Grove South High School standout Gino Cozzi’s current college team, the Montevallo Falcons, won 7-6 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Trevecca Nazarene Trojans.

The game took place at Jackson Field. This was their second matchup against the Trojans this season.

The Falcons’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 1 at 3:30 p.m. at Jackson Field against Trevecca Nazarene Trojans.
