On Saturday, Feb. 15, former Lake Park High School standout Michela Barbanente’s college team won in an NCAA Division I softball game

On Saturday, Feb. 15, former Lake Park High School standout Michela Barbanente’s current college team, the Penn State Nittany Lions, won 12-2 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Loyola Ramblers.

The game took place at USF Softball Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Ramblers this season.

The Nittany Lions’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 16 at 11:30 a.m. at USF Softball Stadium against South Florida Bulls.
