On Monday, Feb. 24, former Downers Grove North High School standout Ben Llewellyn’s college team won in an NCAA Division II baseball game

On Monday, Feb. 24, former Downers Grove North High School standout Ben Llewellyn’s current college team, the Minnesota State Mankato Mavericks, won 14-7 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Northern State Wolves.

The game took place at Gustie Baseball Field. This was their second matchup against the Wolves this season.

The Mavericks’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 25 at 4:15 p.m. at ISG Field against Northern State Wolves.
