On Dec. 17, Wojtyla (trust) sold their home at 331 Lorraine Road, Glen Ellyn to Njl Development LLC for $502,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $9,766.62, 1.95% of the sale price of the home.

So far in December 2021, 21 properties sold in Glen Ellyn.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Joanne M. Wojtyla, 88, was the only registered voter residing at 331 Lorraine Road as of Oct. 10, 2020.
