Naperville (DuPage County) home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Naperville in DuPage County rose by $27,600 while total sales decreased by 26.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 310 homes sold, with a median sale price of $356,100 - a 8.4% increase over the $328,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 420 homes sold in Naperville in the fourth quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Naperville for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $7,731, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2019.
