The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in Naperville in DuPage County rose by $50,000 while total sales decreased by 20.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were 103 homes sold, with a median sale price of $375,000 - a 15.4% increase over the $325,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 129 homes sold in Naperville in October 2018.
