The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Naperville in DuPage County rose by $3,000 while total sales decreased by 12%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were 168 homes sold, with a median sale price of $349,000 - a 0.9% increase over the $346,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 191 homes sold in Naperville in July 2018.
