The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in Naperville in DuPage County rose by $3,000 while total sales increased by 21.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were 57 homes sold, with a median sale price of $323,000 - a 0.9% increase over the $320,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 47 homes sold in Naperville in February 2019.
