The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Medinah fell by $29,750 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $350,250 - a 7.8% decrease over the $380,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Medinah in the first quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Medinah for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $7,065, approximately 2% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2020.
