Maya Rodriguez, former Downers Grove North High School standout, played on Friday, March 7 in NCAA Division II softball game

On Friday, March 7, former Downers Grove North High School standout Maya Rodriguez’s current college team, the Indianapolis Greyhounds, won 9-8 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Upper Iowa Peacocks.

The game took place at Beech Grove High School. This was their second matchup against the Peacocks this season.

The Greyhounds’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 8 at 12 p.m. at Beech Grove High School against Quincy Hawks.
