Luke Costello, alongside three other former Downers Grove South High School standouts, played on Tuesday, April 29 in NCAA Division III baseball game for Illinois Wesleyan Titans

On Tuesday, April 29, four former Downers Grove South High School standouts, including Luke Costello, Luke Schwab, Nathan Waterman and Tommy Willard’s current college team, the Illinois Wesleyan Titans, won 9-8 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Blackburn Beavers.

The game took place at Horenberger Field. This was their first matchup against the Beavers this season.

The Titans’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, April 30 at 5 p.m. at Frame Park against Carroll Pioneers.
