The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Lisle fell by $67,000 while total sales increased by 13.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 90 homes sold, with a median sale price of $288,000 - a 18.9% decrease over the $355,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 79 homes sold in Lisle in the third quarter of 2018.
