Lake Park High School standout Michela Barbanente’s college team won in NCAA Division I softball game on Friday, Feb. 28

On Friday, Feb. 28, former Lake Park High School standout Michela Barbanente’s current college team, the Penn State Nittany Lions, won 5-3 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Radford Highlanders.

The game took place at Moyer Sports Complex. This was their first matchup against the Highlanders this season.

The Nittany Lions’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 1 at 5:30 p.m. at Moyer Sports Complex against Virginia Tech Hokies.
