Lake Park High School standout Lexi Szostak’s college team won in NCAA Division I softball game on Sunday, Feb. 9

On Sunday, Feb. 9, former Lake Park High School standout Lexi Szostak’s current college team, the Valparaiso Beacons, won 7-2 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Detroit Mercy Titans.

The game took place at The Dome at Parkway Bank Sports Complex. This was their first matchup against the Titans this season.

The Beacons’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 21 at 3 p.m. at PC Softball Complex against Monmouth Hawks.
