Lake Park High School standout Lexi Szostak’s college team lost in NCAA Division I softball game on Friday, April 11

On Friday, April 11, former Lake Park High School standout Lexi Szostak’s current college team, the Valparaiso Beacons, lost 2-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Illinois State Redbirds.

The game took place at Valpo Softball Complex. This was their first matchup against the Redbirds this season.

The Beacons’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 12 at 2 p.m. at Valpo Softball Complex against Illinois State Redbirds.
