The campaign committee of judge (Circuit Court/18th Circuit) candidate Paul Fullerton, Friends of Judge Paul Fullerton, returned a $300 contribution from Kenton Skarin on April 13, according to the Illinois State Board of Elections.

Candidates sometimes refuse or return contributions because they do not want their campaign to be affiliated with the donor. Skarin has not made any other contributions to Paul Fullerton in the past 12 months.
