Jude Warwick's Lakeland Flying Tigers beat Jupiter Hammerheads 5-3 Thursday, July 23
On Thursday, July 23, at 6:30 p.m., the Lakeland Flying Tigers — the current team of former Downers Grove North High School standout Jude Warwick — beat the Jupiter Hammerheads 5-3 in a MiLB game.
The game took place at Publix Field at Joker Marchant Stadium. It was the third meeting between the teams this season, with the Flying Tigers holding a 3-0 advantage in the season series against the Hammerheads.
Warwick went hitless in four at-bats, drew one walk, struck out twice and left five runners on base.
The Flying Tigers’ next game is scheduled for Friday, July 24, at Publix Field at Joker Marchant Stadium against the Lakeland Flying Tigers.
