Illinois Representative Jeanne Ives issued the following announcement on July 30.
This morning, Jeanne Ives, a Republican candidate for Congress (IL-6th) met with small business owner Shaun Thompson and some of his customers.
Ives enjoyed a spirited discussion on politics at the Thompson’s store, The Elmhurst Cigar Shop.
In addition to operating a business, Thompson is a real estate broker and host of AM-560’s Liberty Hour on Sunday nights.
