On Sept. 10, Tarig Hussain and Noyan Tariq Qureshi purchased a four bedroom, 2.5 bathroom property at 1923 Brockton Lane, Glendale Heights from Ilir Sako for $365,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $8,788.04, 2.41% of the sale price of the home.

This property last sold for $200,000 on Feb. 4, 2014.

This property is one of five sales so far in Glendale Heights in September 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Ilir Sako has been registered to vote since 2019 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Democratic Primary.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were five registered voters residing at 1923 Brockton Lane as of Oct. 10, 2020: Vathe Minxolli, Hiren Patel, 39, Ilir Sako, 42, Rovena Sako, 40, and Jayshree Patel, 39.
