The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Hinsdale in DuPage County rose by $69,250 while total sales increased by 1.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 161 homes sold, with a median sale price of $843,000 - a 8.9% increase over the $773,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 158 homes sold in Hinsdale in the second half of 2018.

The median sales tax in Hinsdale for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $13,134, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2019.
