Friends of Mickie Polk owes $5,000 in fines

The campaign committee Friends of Mickie Polk owes a $5,000 fine imposed on Dec. 8, 2009, according to Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

ISBE Records dating back to 2003 show 172 area campaign committees owe a combined total of $995,091 in pending fines.
