Former Downers Grove South High School standout Matt Scolan played on Tuesday, June 3 in hopes of reaching the NCAA Division III Baseball Championship

On Tuesday, June 3, former Downers Grove South High School standout Matt Scolan’s current collegiate team the UW Whitewater Warhawks lost 18-3 against the Messiah Falcons in the NCAA Division III Baseball Championship.

The game took place at Classic Park at 3 p.m. and was the first matchup against the Messiah Falcons in the tournament.

The UW Whitewater Warhawks’ next game will take place on Wednesday, June 4 at 11:10 a.m. at Classic Park.
