Former Downers Grove North standout Jude Warwick's team loses 16-15 in MiLB game on July 26

On Sunday, July 26, at 12 p.m., the Lakeland Flying Tigers, whose roster includes former Downers Grove North High School standout Jude Warwick, lost 16-15 to the Jupiter Hammerheads in an MiLB game.

The game was played at Publix Field at Joker Marchant Stadium. It was the sixth meeting between the teams this season, leaving the Flying Tigers and Hammerheads tied 3-3 in the series.

Warwick went 2-for-5, scored 2 runs, recorded 4 RBIs, drew 1 walk, struck out once and left 4 runners on base.

The Flying Tigers' next game is scheduled for Tuesday, July 28, at George M. Steinbrenner Field against the Tampa Tarpons.
