Erin Metz, former Wheaton North High School standout, played on Friday, March 14 in NCAA Division I softball game

On Friday, March 14, former Wheaton North High School standout Erin Metz’s current college team, the Valparaiso Beacons, lost 6-2 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Indiana State Sycamores.

The game took place at Price Field at The Eleanor Forsythe St. John Softball Complex. This was their first matchup against the Sycamores this season.

The Beacons’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 15 at 12 p.m. at Price Field at The Eleanor Forsythe St. John Softball Complex against Indiana State Sycamores.
