DuPage Count Zoning Board of Appeals to review variation requests

The DuPage County, Illinois Zoning Board of Appeals will meet at 6 p.m. today, April 14, to hold two public hearings on variation requests.
The first request involves a variation to permit a second division vehicle to be stored on a residential lot at 2007 Vista Ave. in Lombard. A second division vehicle is defined as any vehicle weighing over 8,000 pounds, which would include pick-up trucks and full-size vans.
The second request is for the construction of a detached accessory structure to be built in front of the front wall of the principal structure at . 9W285 Renouf Dr. in Warrenville.
