Downers Grove South High School standout Sam Erickson’s college team won in NCAA Division III baseball game on Sunday, March 23

On Sunday, March 23, former Downers Grove South High School standout Sam Erickson’s current college team, the Rose-Hulman Fightin' Engineers, won 11-1 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Berea Mountaineers.

The game took place at Art Nehf Field. This was their second matchup against the Mountaineers this season.

The Fightin' Engineers’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 29 at 1 p.m. at Gratz Field against Manchester Spartans.
