Downers Grove South High School standout Richie Sperando’s college team lost in NCAA Division III baseball game on Saturday, March 1

On Saturday, March 1, former Downers Grove South High School standout Richie Sperando’s current college team, the Concordia Chicago Cougars, lost 13-8 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Allegheny Gators.

The game took place at Lake Myrtle Sports Complex. This was their first matchup against the Gators this season.

The Cougars’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 2 at 9:15 a.m. at Lake Myrtle Sports Complex against Carthage Firebirds.
