Downers Grove North High School standout Ben Llewellyn’s college team won in NCAA Division II baseball game on Wednesday, March 12

On Wednesday, March 12, former Downers Grove North High School standout Ben Llewellyn’s current college team, the Minnesota State Mankato Mavericks, won 6-1 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Wayne State Warriors.

The game took place at Northeast Regional Park. This was their second matchup against the Warriors this season.

The Mavericks’ next game is scheduled for Monday, March 17 at 1 p.m. at Historic Simmons Field against Wisconsin–Parkside Rangers.
