Downers Grove North High School standout Ben Llewellyn’s college team won in NCAA Division II baseball game on Tuesday, March 11

On Tuesday, March 11, former Downers Grove North High School standout Ben Llewellyn’s current college team, the Minnesota State Mankato Mavericks, won 20-5 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Wayne State Warriors.

The game took place at Chain of Lakes Field. This was their first matchup against the Warriors this season.

The Mavericks’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, March 12 at 11 a.m. at Northeast Regional Park against Wayne State Warriors.
