      The meeting was called to order at 4:00 p.m. by Chairman Davidson

B. ROLL CALL:

      Present 5 - Shafeek Abubaker, Ronald Davidson, Chad Earl, Mike King, and Deana Losurdo

C. PUBLIC FORUM:

      Students from Neuqua Valley and Waubonsie High Schools attended from the public

D. REPORTS:

      1. Police Department Report

            No public police report given

      2. Fire Department Report

            64 passing on new hire test; moving forward with spring academy Call volume trending high for the year
