5. Business Before the Committee
A. Minutes of the January 12, 2026, meeting of the Finance, Council Affairs & Administrative Services Committee
A motion to approve the minutes of the January 12, 2026, FCA&AS Committee meeting was made by Alderman Virgil and seconded by Alderman Nudera. A voice vote was taken, and the minutes were approved unanimously.
B. Executive Session for the purpose of discussing the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance or dismissal of specific employees of the Public Body pursuant to the Open Meetings Act 5 ILCS 120/2 (c)(1) and deliberations concerning salary schedules for one or more classes of employees pursuant to the Open Meetings Act 5 ILCS 120/2 (c)(2)
A motion was made to adjourn to executive session by Alderman Nudera and seconded by Alderman Virgil. A voice vote was taken, and motion passed unanimously. The Committee adjourned to executive session at 7:04 p.m.
A motion to return to open session was made by Alderman Virgil and seconded by Alderman Nudera. Roll Call vote: 3 ayes, 0 nays, 1 absent. Motion duly carried. The Committee returned to open session at 8:20 p.m.

The Committee discussed availability of the members to attend the next meeting.
7. Adjournment
A motion to adjourn was made by Alderman Virgil and seconded by Alderman Nudera. Motion carried by unanimous voice vote.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:22 p.m.
