Citizens to Elect LaCoulton J Walls owes $5,000 in fines

The campaign committee Citizens to Elect LaCoulton J Walls owes a $5,000 fine imposed on Aug. 31, 2016 with LaDuyina Talar Slater listed as the responsible officer, according to Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

ISBE Records dating back to 2003 show 172 area campaign committees owe a combined total of $995,091 in pending fines.
