Citizens to Elect David Moore owes $200 in fines

The campaign committee Citizens to Elect David Moore owes a $200 fine imposed on Aug. 28, 2015 with David Moore listed as the responsible officer, according to Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

ISBE Records dating back to 2003 show 172 area campaign committees owe a combined total of $995,091 in pending fines.
