Citizens for Chester Slaughter owes $2,850 in fines

The campaign committee Citizens for Chester Slaughter owes a $2,850 fine imposed on Nov. 14, 2014 with Herbert Bates Sr listed as the responsible officer, according to Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

ISBE Records dating back to 2003 show 172 area campaign committees owe a combined total of $995,091 in pending fines.
