Catherine Nielsen, former Lake Park High School standout, played on Sunday, Feb. 23 in NCAA Division II softball game

On Sunday, Feb. 23, former Lake Park High School standout Catherine Nielsen’s current college team, the Quincy Hawks, lost 10-1 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Tiffin Dragons.

The game took place at Grand Park Sports Campus. This was their second matchup against the Dragons this season.

The Hawks’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 8 at 12 p.m. at Beech Grove High School against Indianapolis Greyhounds.
