BENSENVILLE SCHOOL DISTRICT 2: Food for Families returns for the 2020-2021 school year
Bensenville School District 2 recently issued the following announcement.
Does your family need food?
Bensenville School District 2, in partnership with Fenton High School, Wood Dale School District 7, the Bensenville/Wood Dale Food Pantry, and Northern Illinois Food Bank, will continue to offer perishable and non-perishable food to families from 4-5:30 p.m. on the following dates this school year:
- September 22: Fenton High School, 1000 W. Green Street, Bensenville
- October 13: Tioga School, 212 W. Memorial Road, Bensenville
- November 10: Wood Dale Junior High, 655 N. Wood Dale Road, Wood Dale
- December 8: Fenton High School
- January 12: Tioga School
- February 9: Wood Dale Junior High
- March 9: Fenton High School
- April 13: Tioga School
- May 11: Wood Dale Juior High
Due to ongoing COVID-19 concerns, the Food for Families program will be offered in a drive-through format. Please stay in your car and "pop your trunk," and the food will be loaded into your vehicle.
