The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Aurora in DuPage County fell by $22,750 while total sales increased by 3.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 293 homes sold, with a median sale price of $223,000 - a 9.3% decrease over the $245,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 282 homes sold in Aurora in the third quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Aurora for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $5,786, approximately 2.6% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2019.
