The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Aurora in DuPage County fell by $22,000 while total sales decreased by 19.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were 88 homes sold, with a median sale price of $215,000 - a 9.3% decrease over the $237,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 109 homes sold in Aurora in August 2018.
