The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Addison fell by $46,000 while total sales increased by 80%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were 45 homes sold, with a median sale price of $242,000 - a 16% decrease over the $288,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Addison in September 2018.
