On Oct. 26, Ahmed Elgiadi and Nida Patel purchased a four bedroom, three bathroom home at 1369 New London Court, Carol Stream from Edward E. Yonan for $450,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $10,500.64, 2.33% of the sale price of the home.

So far in October 2021, 50 properties sold in Carol Stream.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Ed Yonan has been registered to vote since 1976 and has voted in at least nine primary elections, records show, including eight Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 1369 New London Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: Ed Yonan, 80, Marsha Yonan, 72, and Daniel E. Yonan, 47.
